Overheard: Auto Parts Retail Remains Strong

U.S. Census Bureau data shows we have far surpassed sales levels from before the COVID recession.

Data Did You Know – Retail sales of auto parts, accessories, and tires remain strong, according to the U.S. Census Bureau. Sales in July (the latest number reported) show sales at $9.3 billion, still considerably above the long-term sales trend. Not only have we made up for the drop during the COVID recession, we have far surpassed sales levels from before the recession.
