Options Grow in the MAHLE Clevite Heavy Duty Engine Kit Program

MAHLE Clevite said the ability to select seals with or without wear sleeves will be the next upgrade to the Heavy Duty engine kit program.

ANN ARBOR, Mich. — MAHLE Clevite said it has enhanced its Heavy Duty Kit program with two major improvements based on customer requests.

MAHLE Clevite provides a large range of engine kits, which have been up until now, only referenced by manufacturer, engine model or tractor model. Now there is a way to search by part number. It is now possible to key in a part number for a specific component, i.e. sleeve assembly, bearing, gasket to which the results will show all the available kits that include that specific part number.

The engine kit program has extended the capability to selecting optional head gasket oversizes for engines where multiple choices are available. In the past this option was only available for products such as bearings, sleeves and rebores kits and only the standard head gasket was available in the kit content. This allows customers the selection of alternative parts resulting in an engine kit tailored to their specific needs.

MAHLE Clevite said the ability to select seals with or without wear sleeves will be the next upgrade to the Heavy Duty engine kit program.
