Donald Poole, longtime member of the automotive aftermarket industry, passed away on Sunday, July 19, with his family at his side.
Poole was most recently employed by AutoPlus, where he retired as vice president of Pricing in 2018. He joined AutoPlus in 2006, as part of the company’s acquisition of Consumer Auto Parts, where he began his career and served as vice president of the company for more than 25 years.

Poole is survived by his wife of 42 years, Bethann Poole; son Christopher Poole and his wife Catherine Poole; brothers Steven Poole, manager of Consumer Auto Parts location 504, and Kenneth Poole; sister-in-law Belen Wieler-Hawes and her husband, Steve Hawes; nephews Shane Poole and Aidan Hawes, and a niece, Addison Hawes.
A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11 a.m. on Friday, July 24, in Saint Peter’s Church, located on 39 Church Avenue, Northbridge, MA 01534. Burial will follow in Saint Patrick’s Cemetery. Calling hours will be 5-7 p.m. on Thursday, July 23, in the Carr Funeral Home, 24 Hill Street, Whitinsville. A mask or face covering is required, and social distancing protocols will be followed.
