Northwood University and Reynolds University Team to Offer Automotive Certificate Programs

The Reynolds and Reynolds Co. has teamed with Northwood University to provide online automotive certificate programs for parts, service, sales and accounting employees at retail automotive dealerships. Reynolds and Reynolds is an integrated solutions provider for automotive retail management. Through Northwood University, the 12-week automotive certificate program will provide role-based training for new and experienced dealership employees.

DAYTON, OH — The Reynolds and Reynolds Co. has teamed with Northwood University to provide online automotive certificate programs for parts, service, sales and accounting employees at retail automotive dealerships. Reynolds and Reynolds is an integrated solutions provider for automotive retail management.

Through Northwood University, the 12-week automotive certificate program will provide role-based training for new and experienced dealership employees. The program outlines job role responsibilities, accountability requirements and provides process training for performing key functions.

Modules are delivered via the Internet over a 12-week session that requires learners to devote approximately 1-3 hours per week to successfully complete each program. Upon successful completion of each module enrolled participants will receive a certificate of completion and two CEU credits. Credits may be translated to Northwood academic credit for earning a degree in Automotive Marketing and Management.
