NGK Spark Plugs Announces Two New Aftermarket Positions

NGK has appointed Rob MacDonald to technical and training specialist and Tina Smith to the position of product services manager.

WIXOM, Mich. — NGK Spark Plugs (U.S.A.) Inc. has announced two new aftermarket positions within the company. NGK has appointed Rob MacDonald to technical and training specialist and Tina Smith to the position of product services manager. Smith and MacDonald
 
MacDonald comes to NGK with a wealth of automotive technical knowledge and background. In his role, MacDonald will act as an intermediary between engineers and consumers by providing technical education, customer assistance and technical writing. He also will develop and perform nationwide technical presentations within the U.S. automotive aftermarket marketplace. MacDonald will report directly to Kristopher Zdral, technical services supervisor.
 
Smith brings to NGK an extensive background in the automotive field including OE testing and project management. She also has worked as a service technician. In her role, Smith will lead the product group, which focuses its efforts on product development, cataloging and sales support. Smith will report to Mark Sprague, corporate marketing manager.
