National Account Manager will:
• Report directly to Director of National Account and work closely with the Zone Sales Manager in the Division.
• Work in the field with a passionate team of Area Sales Managers and Territory Managers across the Northeast United States
• Work with Area Sales Managers to analyze market data and develop customer development plans that will result in driving profitable Commercial sales
• Develop and implement long term, strategic plans focused on significantly growing our Commercial business…as a member of the Commercial Leadership team
• Execute sales and marketing plans targeted at National, Regional and local Commercial customers
Requirements:
• 7 years of B2B sales experience, with 5+ years in sales management
• Industry experience strongly preferred
• Travel 50% to 70% of time
• Relentless pursuit of new profitable business and penetration of current accounts
• Strong understanding of financial statements and financial planning
• Excellent leadership skills
• Ability to create and execute customer development plans
• Ability to analyze sales reports and take appropriate action
• Understanding of P&L statement and gross profit
• Strong communication, negotiation, organization and leadership skills
• Integrity, honesty, passion, drive and the desire for success
• Excellent customer service skills
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
