ATLANTA For the third year of its partnership with the Goodguys Rod & Custom Association, NAPA Auto Parts will unveil an all-new mobile experience geared toward celebrating the passion for high-quality automotive parts that both organizations share.
As the “Official Auto Parts Store of Goodguys,” NAPA will have a very interactive presence at 21 Goodguys events in the form of its new “Get the Good Stuff” game show, as well as its robust pop-up parts store.
“Every Goodguys member takes great pride in using only the best parts for their vehicle, and NAPA is equally passionate about supplying these quality parts,” said Gaylord Spencer, vice president, marketing strategy, for NAPA Auto Parts.
The NAPA “Get the Good Stuff” game show experience invites guests to test their automotive passion and knowledge in an exciting, interactive environment for a chance to win prizes. The focal point of the game show experience is a trivia contest in which contestants can showcase their automotive knowledge in three distinct categories: “Mystery Part,” “Gearhead Trivia” and “What Part Am I?”Event attendees can also play mini-games based off the game show, as well as try their skills at other activities such as the NAPA Challenge Drag Racing Simulator and Go Green Filter Toss.
”The new NAPA ‘Get the Good Stuff’ experience is going to be a tremendous entertainment addition to the Goodguys event schedule and one that people should make a point to visit,” said Goodguys President Marc Meadors.
The Goodguys Rod & Custom Association promotes and produces some of the world’s most dynamic automotive events. Founded by lifelong hot-rodder Gary Meadors in 1983, Goodguys events feature thousands of candy colored hot rods and custom cars sprawled throughout venues such as lush fairgrounds, super speedways and large outdoor stadiums.
