Motorcar Parts Of America Acquires OE Plus

According to the Automotive Aftermarket Suppliers Association’s 2014 Top Suppliers list, OE Plus generated total global sales of approximately $24 million in 2013.

MPA Acquires OE PlusMotorcar Parts of America (MPA) announced today it has completed the acquisition of OE Plus LTD, a privately held remanufacturer of alternators and starters based in North Dighton, Massachusetts. Terms were not disclosed.

“This transaction continues our strategic focus on gaining market share in North America through synergistic opportunities that leverage the company’s infrastructure, while enhancing customer relationships. OE Plus has strong brand recognition within the professional installer market and we look forward to growing the business,” said Selwyn Joffe, chairman, president and CEO of MPA.
