NEW YORK Pirelli Tire North America (PTNA) made several key personnel changes earlier this month. Effective Jan. 1, Marco Zambianchi, president and general manager, Canada, relocated to the U.S. and assumed the role of vice president/general manager, Moto Business Unit, and vice president, U.S. key account manager.
Scott Griffin, vice president, moto sales, will focus his expertise on sales, allowing him to concentrate on customer relations and increasing sales volume and margins, PTNA said.
Riccardo Cichi became senior vice president of Pirelli Tire Inc. He has also been appointed senior vice president for Pirelli Tire LLC, where he will retain his responsibilities for replacement sales.
Matteo Barbieri joined PTNA as president of Pirelli Tire Inc. (Canada).
John Godfrey, director of logistics, assumed responsibility for purchasing for North America. His new title is director, logistics and purchasing.
Nicola Colombo has been appointed vice president, replacement sales western Canada.
