Mister Transmission has announced the appointments of several new personnel.
“Franchisee success is Mister Transmission’s success, and the new corporate team structure now in place is designed with the intention of providing stronger sales, operational, technical and marketing support in order to accommodate the needs of our franchisees and drive our future success,” said Tony Kuczynski, president and CEO of Mister Transmission. “We are very excited to welcome Joel Richardson, Maria McGuckian and Alana Rogers to the corporate team at Mister Transmission. This new talent, along with the repositioning of current roles, will provide an enhanced level of functional support and expertise to our store network.”
Joel Richardson — Director of Operations
As director of operations, Richardson will be focused on store operations and profitability among franchised and corporate stores. Richardson has more than 15 years of store operations experience in the automotive industry, and his addition is aimed at improving the company’s current procedures and to gain alignment among all of its stores, according to Mister Transmission.
Steve Lebrasseur — Director of Sales
With Richardson assuming the role of director of operations, Lebrasseur will now focus on developing and implementing programs to increase store sales in the company’s three key channels: retail, fleet and wholesale.
Joe Pawlowski — Senior Business Development Manager, Technical Support
Pawlowski has transitioned from regional business manager to his new role as senior business development manager, technical support, which allows him to focus on providing technical support to the company’s stores, inclusive of hosting regular training workshops. He is a licensed technician who regularly attends training to maintain his expertise, and is uniquely positioned to share this knowledge with our stores.
Maria McGuckian — Marketing and Customer Service Manager
McGuckian joined Mister Transmission in January 2018, and has more than 20 years of marketing experience in the automotive industry. McGuckian is focused on managing the company’s traditional and digital marketing programs, as well as event management. She also works closely with its franchisees to help maintain the company’s customer satisfaction ratings. This role is supported by Alana Rogers, the company’s new marketing and communications specialist.
