MERA Appoints Chairman of Technology & Operations Council

Patrick Muldoon, director of engineering for CRP Industries, was appointed.

Patrick (P.T.) Muldoon was appointed chairman of the Technology & Operations Council, a peer group network operated by MERA – The Association for Sustainable Manufacturing. Muldoon is the director of engineering for CRP Industries, heading up their Complex Electronics and Mechatronics R&D Center in Ann Arbor, Michigan.

Muldoon has extensive knowledge of advanced processes and technologies in the remanufacturing industry. A 30-year veteran in product development engineering, he has launched remanufacturing operations related to electronics, engines, drivelines, fuel management, and automatic and manual transmissions.

“P.T. is a talented and passionate member of our remanufacturing community,” said MERA President and COO John Chalifoux. “His knowledge and propensity to share will help him excel as the leader of our newest peer group council.”

The Technology & Operations Council was created in 2021 to provide a forum for representatives from MERA member companies to discuss the latest techniques, developments, and equipment that are advancing the remanufacturing industry.
