SAN ANTONIO Aftermarket Auto Parts Alliance and its Auto Value/Bumper to Bumper shareholder members have been named an approved supplier to the Meineke Dealer Purchasing Co-operative Inc., Meineke Dealer Association and Meineke Car Care Centers Inc.
Nearly 900 Meineke Car Care Center franchised shops will now have access to some 300,000 parts, supplies and accessories at more than 2,300 Auto Value/Bumper to Bumper parts stores across the United States and Canada. Meineke Car Care Centers are some of the fastest growing and most productive car care service centers in the industry, servicing close to 10 vehicles per day on average at each location, according to the Alliance.
“We’re thrilled and honored to have been granted this approval from Meineke, and we look forward to building very strong, mutually productive and profitable relationships on a local level, with each Meineke franchise owner across the U.S. and Canada,” said Jon Owens, VP of sales and market development for the Alliance. “Almost every Meineke location is a family-owned and operated business, just like our members’ companies. So, we speak their language, and we know what it takes to help them succeed.”
“Our Car Care Centers are excited to now have access to the Auto Value/Bumper to Bumper program. Bringing them on board enhances our overall supply base, and ensures our franchisees have ready access to all of the parts, supplies and tools they need to stay competitive, minimize downtime, and provide superior customer service no matter where they’re located,” said Tom Kirby, director of product development for Meineke Car Care Centers Inc.
“The Meineke Dealer Association is proud to welcome such a quality supplier as Auto Value/Bumper to Bumper to our Dealer Purchasing Co-op and look forward to the additional value offered to our members,” added Rick Urso, product committee chairman, Meineke Dealer Purchasing Co-op.
