Kramer brings nearly two decades of B2B and B2C strategic marketing experience to this new position at MBE Group. She possesses significant experience in the automotive and aftermarket industries, as well as consumer goods, technology and transportation sectors. Throughout her career, Kramer has led multi-million-dollar accounts for iconic consumer packaged goods (CPG) brands as well as global manufacturing brands across multiple industries, including automotive aftermarket.

In Kramer’s new role as senior account director, she is responsible for guiding strategy across multiple accounts, while focusing on strengthening the relationship between the client and the agency to ensure flawless execution of marketing programs. Ranging from branding to audience and persona development, program strategy, analytics support and mentorship of team members, Kramer will leverage her experience to bring value to all levels of the business.
Prior to joining MBE Group, Kramer was a vertical strategy director at DeanHouson+, where she led rebrand strategies and developed data-driven marketing plans for global automotive aftermarket brands that resulted in tremendous growth.
Kramer holds a bachelor’s degree in English from Ohio University, as well as a master’s degree in technical and scientific communication from Miami (Ohio) University.
