The Manufacturer's Rep Conference, scheduled to take place May 16-17, in conjunction with the Global Automotive Aftermarket Symposium (GAAS) in Chicago, has been cancelled. According to event organizers, the conference was cancelled due to scheduling conflicts.

BETHESDA, MD — The Manufacturer’s Rep Conference, scheduled to take place May 16-17, in conjunction with the Global Automotive Aftermarket Symposium (GAAS) in Chicago, has been cancelled.

According to event organizers, the conference was cancelled due to scheduling conflicts. Any registration payments made will be refunded.

GAAS will be held May 18-19 at the Hyatt Regency O’Hare. To register for GAAS, go to: www.globalsymposium.org.

In related news, the deadline to apply for the GAAS Scholarship — awarded to students planning an aftermarket career — has been extended to Thursday, April 15. Applications for the GAAS scholarships are available in both paper and electronic versions from the Web site: www.automotivescholarships.com.
