LANSDALE, PA — Six veteran professionals were honored with the Mobile A/C Industry Pioneer Award during the MACS 24th annual convention and trade show, held last month.
The 2003 Mobile A/C Industry Pioneer Award recipients representing manufacturers, distributors and service and repair professionals are: Ward Atkinson, president, Sun Test Engineering; Phoenix, Ariz.; Larry Kniffin, owner, Southeast Air, Inc., Ft. Worth, Texas; Donald Pellissier, president, The Radiator and A/C Shop Inc., New Orleans, La.; Jeffrey Sachs, retired from DRAF industries, Detroit, Mich.; Marie Trepton, aftermarket sales manager, Ogura Corp., Madison Heights, Mich., and Bob Wallace-Jones, retired from Sanden International, Crowthorne, Berks U.K.
“All six of the Mobile A/C Pioneer Award recipients have made significant contributions to our industry,” said Elvis Hoffpauir, MACS president and COO.
