Lund International Announces Warehouse Consolidation

Lund International announced yesterday plans to consolidate the warehousing functions of its Lund Accessories and Ventshade Accessories Divisions. A task force will be formed to direct the project. The company has entered into a long-term lease for a 200,000 square foot warehouse in Lawrenceville, Ga. The warehouse is located next to the Ventshade Accessories Division manufacturing plant. The company will modify the structures to create direct access between the two buildings. Lund expects the new facility to be operational by January 2006.

DULUTH, GA — Lund International announced yesterday plans to consolidate the warehousing functions of its Lund Accessories and Ventshade Accessories Divisions. A task force will be formed to direct the project.

The company has entered into a long-term lease for a 200,000 square foot warehouse in Lawrenceville, Ga. The warehouse is located next to the Ventshade Accessories Division manufacturing plant. The company will modify the structures to create direct access between the two buildings. Lund expects the new facility to be operational by January 2006.

As part of the consolidation, the company will also relocate certain administrative functions currently housed at the Lund Accessories Division and Ventshade Accessories Division to an enlarged corporate office in Duluth, GA.
