Lubrication Specialties Announces Carmen Fiordirosa As Director Of E-Commerce

In the newly created role, Fiordirosa will collaborate with cross-functional partners to grow e-commerce sales for multiple markets by ensuring a consistent brand message, robust content and online account support.

Lubrication Specialties Inc. (LSI), manufacturer of Hot Shot’s Secret fuel and oil additives, has announced the expansion of the company’s growing management team. The company’s new  director of e-commerce, Carmen Fiordirosa, joined the LSI team in July and plans to work remotely from Chicago.

In the newly created role, Fiordirosa will collaborate with cross-functional partners to grow e-commerce sales for multiple markets by ensuring a consistent brand message, robust content and online account support. Responsibilities will encompass business development and strategy, website and social media content and development, promotional campaigns, online marketing, website design, customer service, web analytics and technologies.

Prior to joining LSI, Fiordirosa served as the director of marketing for CleanTools Inc. in Westmont, Illinois. There she was responsible for developing brand-strategy content marketing, and provided account management for distributors and suppliers across three markets – automotive aftermarket, marine and pet markets. With close to 15 years of experience in marketing and business development with consumer packaged goods, Fiordirosa has a proven track record of developing digital strategies that significantly contributes to e-commerce while also managing full product lifecycle: design, development, testing and implementation.

LSI currently offers a line of more than 30 fuel and oil additive products, lubricants and preventative maintenance specialty products for gas and diesel powered vehicles under the brand Hot Shot’s Secret. The products are available nationwide at major retailers including: PETRO, Tractor Supply Co., Love’s, Pilot, Meijer, AutoZone, Travel Centers of America, Rural King, Northern Tool & Equipment, Wal-Mart, O’Reilly Auto Parts and Summit Racing Equipment.
