Litens Acquires a Controlling Interest in Dolz SA

Dolz manufactures more than 5.5 million pumps per year in its three plants in Spain, China and Argentina.

Litens Automotive Group announced it has acquired a controlling interest in Dolz, a Spain-based manufacturer and distributor for automotive water pumps and other powertrain products.

Paul Robinson, CEO of Litens, stated, “The addition of the Dolz product line highly compliments our current product offerings, allowing our combined companies to offer a wider range of products to each of our customers. We are pleased to welcome Jesus Dolz and the Dolz team and look forward to working together.”

Dolz manufactures more than 5.5 million pumps per year in its three plants in Spain, China and Argentina. It is present in more than 70 countries through a strategically located support and distribution network positioned to provide outstanding service globally.

Dolz will continue to operate as a separate business under the leadership of CEO Jesus Dolz, who commented, “Dolz and Litens both have a long history in the automotive industry. I am excited to continue to lead the Dolz business working with the Litens team to grow the business by providing our customers with the best products and services.”
