LINE-X Raises More Than $100,000 For St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital For Second Consecutive Year

The LINE-X bedliner campaign enabled participating franchises and the LINE-X corporation to collectively donate $10 for every bedliner sold during the CCAM campaign.

LINE-X, a provider of extreme performance protective coatings, spray-on bedliners and truck accessories, has once again raised more than $100,000 for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital through its network of franchises and charitable customers and employees. The second-annual Childhood Cancer Awareness Month (CCAM) bedliner campaign continued LINE-X’s fundraising tradition thanks to the participation by franchises, employees and new donation opportunities, which were added to this year’s fundraising efforts.

LINE-X’s continued company-wide mission to “protect what matters most” was reflected throughout the year by taking the fight against childhood cancer head-on thanks to its official partnership with St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital and continuing to raise awareness and money for this important cause. The second-annual fundraising campaign took place during CCAM throughout September each year. Similar to 2017, LINE-X and its franchises collectively made a $10 donation to St. Jude for every bedliner sold at participating franchises with additional donations coming from franchises and customers. LINE-X presented other donation opportunities this year by offering co-branded t-shirts and tumblers at LINE-XMerch.com. This allowed LINE-X customers and fans to show their support during CCAM and through the end of 2018. In addition to the bedliner promotion, LINE-X corporate employees participated and raised funds supporting the “St. Jude Walk/Run to End Childhood Cancer” event in Huntsville, Alabama.

“Everyone who is a part of LINE-X is part of our family, and that spirit of coming together for a great cause was evident during last year’s fundraising campaign. We are incredibly proud to announce that our second annual fundraising campaign raised over $100,000 for our official partner, St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital,” said Dennis Weese, president of LINE-X. “For this campaign, we were dedicated to continuing the great tradition we started in 2017, so in addition to the bedliner portion of the campaign, we were able add new ways to donate to ensure we met our fundraising goals. The remarkable partnerships we have with organizations like St. Jude are a direct reflection of our company’s top priorities – ‘protecting what matters most.'”

“LINE-X has continued to provide on-going support for the St. Jude organization thanks to successful donation campaigns like the bedliner fundraiser. Exciting opportunities that involve franchises and customers are what keeps everyone engaged in the fight against childhood cancer and other life-threatening diseases,” said Richard Shadyac Jr., president and CEO of ALSAC, the fundraising and awareness organization for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. “We are excited to again be working with LINE-X. It is inspiring to see our partners rally their franchises, employees and customers to support our lifesaving mission.”
