LDN to Welcome NHRA Drivers to Annual Reception at AAPEX

BETHESDA, MD – The Leadership Development Network (LDN) will welcome two National Hot Rod Association (NHRA) drivers at its 2007 reception at AAPEX in Las Vegas. Hillary Will with KB Racing, and Robert Hight with John Force Racing, will join LDN in celebrating advancement opportunities within the aftermarket industry. The event will be held Tuesday, Oct. 30 from 5 to 6:30 pm in the Venetian Hotel, rooms 701-702.

Will is scheduled to appear for the entire event, while Hight will be greeting attendees from 5:45 pm until the close of the reception.

In 2006, Will advanced to first career final round at Memphis; was nominated for Auto Club Road to the Future award; finished third overall in Full Throttle Pit Crew Championship, which recognizes the most consistent performing teams in the NHRA POWERade Drag Racing Series; raced to semifinal finishes at Englishtown and Sonoma; clocked career-best performances for time and speed; and qualified for all 23 POWERade Series races. Will graduated magna cum laude from Wheaton College, and is one of six women NHRA Pro drivers.

In 2006, Hight finished second in the final POWERade standings behind father-in-law and team owner, John Force; earned a category-topping nine No. 1 qualifiers during the season; and earned three wins in six final round appearances. Hight is the 2005 Auto Club Road to the Future winner and is in the NHRA 2007 Countdown to 4 as he seeks his first championship.

The LDN AAPEX Reception is open to all and door prizes will be awarded.
