ADDISON, IL — KYB America has launched its new Web site www.kyb.com for the North American aftermarket.

Created as a source of information to service technicians and motorists, the new Web site features an online catalog with 350 new part numbers. The Web site also features technical tips, cutaway diagrams of the product and details of KYB’s newly launched Safety Center Program, to help installers sell and promote KYB and explain to motorists the KYB quality advantage.

Motorists who visit the KYB Web site, can learn about the safety importance of shocks and struts, when to have replacements fitted, and where to find their nearest KYB Safety Center. They can also complete a simple questionnaire and receive a KYB baseball cap.

“The quality of KYB shocks and struts is second to none, and we wanted our new Web site to reflect that world-class image,” said KYB’s Senior Vice President Mike Howarth. “We have greatly improved the site to make it customer friendly for both service technicians and vehicle owners, which is a further example of the ongoing improvements we are making to our customer service.”
