POMONA, CA — On Jan. 16, Keystone Automotive Industries will conduct its first Collision Repair Industry Customer Advisory Council in Scottsdale, AZ. The council, which will take place at the Radisson Fort McDowell Resort, will be the first of three meetings scheduled for 2007, and will bring together experienced leadership from within the collision repair industry.
“Keystone continually seeks new ways to understand its customer base, and our advisory council is just one more strategy that will help us gain valuable customer input about our parts and services," said Vice President Christopher Northup. "We’ll use what we learn during these meetings to identify what we are doing right and also what can be improved to provide our customers with the greatest customer service experience possible.”
Keystone is also planning separate advisory council meetings which will bring together representatives from within the insurance industry.
“Creating these opportunities for open communication will greatly facilitate Keystone’s efforts in creating a win-win situation for consumers, collision repairers and insurance companies alike,” said Northrup.
