MIDLAND, MI — What is it about the aftermarket that makes it so susceptible to change? There are many answers to this question, but there is only one way to deal effectively with these inevitable changes — preparation.
Preparation is gained through education, which leads to informed and confident decision-making within your organization. This education is offered through Northwood University’s University of the Aftermarket. Becoming a graduate with a AAP/MAAP designation, you can become better prepared to meet the fast-paced challenges and changes in today’s and tomorrow’s aftermarket.
To make it even easier and more convenient to get your AAP/MAAP, University of the Aftermarket has now enabled students complete up to 3.0 CEU’s by participating in Northwood University’s, University of the Aftermarket Online. There are 20 internet-based courses available in sales, marketing, human resource management and aftermarket overview. The instructor-led seminar schedule for Fall 2004 to Spring 2005 terms will be available soon.
You may be very close to earning your Automotive Aftermarket Professional or Master Automotive Aftermarket Professional designation, joining the ranks of the aftermarket honored, educated, and admired. To learn how close you are or how many CEU’s you have earned, please e-mail Susan Woodcock at the University of the Aftermarket office [email protected] or call 1-800-551-2882 for an update.
