The Kits are available in UL and non-UL Listed options and feature leak-free, all-bolted solid cast durable aluminum construction.

JohnDow Industries Inc., a leading shop equipment, vehicle exhaust extraction and back shop supplies provider, is introducing the addition of two new air-operated diaphragm pump evacuation system kits to its Service Equipment Division.

These versatile Air-Operated System Kits are available in UL and non-UL Listed options and feature leak-free, all-bolted solid cast durable aluminum construction for use in automotive applications. Rated for use with diesel, grease, kerosene and oil, these pumps feature O-ring seals, and Nitrile diaphragm material, making it ideal for low-viscosity petroleum fluids. These systems also work well with petroleum, metallurgy, mining, material coating, printing, paper making, and water applications.

“The addition of these high-quality pumps to our line opens up a brand-new segment of customers who may or may not have purchased our products in the past,” said Brian Morgan, national sales manager for JohnDowService Equipment. “These new diaphragm pumps further push JohnDow to expand our offering in other industries while still focusing on serving the automotive aftermarket.”

Both the JDI-DPES and the JDI-DPES-UL Evacuation System kits come with an Air-Operated Double Diaphragm Pump, a 2-inch air hose, a high-efficiency filter regulator, a wall mount bracket, a 6-foot delivery hose, a 10-foot suction hose with hose bracket, and a ground wire. These powerful JohnDow pumps, which are also available individually, operate up to 115 PSI and feature two 1-inch diagram outlets capable of pumping up to 24 gallons per minute at temperatures up to 200° F.
