Joe Dease, president of JohnDow Industries (JDI), announced that the company recently added staff members in three key positions as they aggressively expand their organization.
Brian Morgan has assumed a new position at JDI as regional sales manager. Morgan has been with JohnDow Industries nearly 12 years, with experience in the assembly, distribution, management and purchasing areas. He is now responsible for supporting, training and motivating the JDI sales force as well as developing and maintaining profitable business relationships with new and existing JohnDow distributors.
Beth Repasky has joined JDI as the new purchasing and inventory control manager replacing Morgan. Repasky brings a strong background in purchasing and inventory control processes to this key management position with 10 years of experience in a progressive role, managing procurement and inventory. She comes to JohnDow after eight years as supply chain manager at Supply Management Consulting in Kent, Ohio. Repasky has cross-industry experience working in manufacturing, automotive and healthcare.
Jonathon Cole has been appointed to the position of inside sales coordinator. His major responsibility will be to professionally represent JohnDow in all written and verbal communications to include customer service management, sales support, monthly reporting, trade show coordination, return goods authorizations, order entry and more. His most recent employment was as assistant manager at NAPA Auto Parts working in commercial and retail sales, customer service and retail merchandising.
“We are excited to find these very qualified professionals that are a perfect fit for our needs and will play major roles in the growth and long-term development of the company,” Dease said.
