JLM Lubricants To Launch at ExpoMECANICA in April

JLM will launch JLM Portugal at ExpoMECANICA, Exponor – Porto International Fair, April 14-16.

Global automotive aftermarket brand JLM Lubricants announced it is launching JLM Portugal at ExpoMECANICA, Exponor – Porto International Fair, April 14-April 16.

Attending the event will be Darren Darling, founder of the internationally acclaimed DPF Doctor Network and a longstanding JLM brand ambassador, JLM founder and CEO Gilbert Groot, JLM International Sales Manager Jeroen Schutz, and Commercial Director JLM Portugal Manuel Pena, according to JLM.

“For some time, we’ve had our sights set on Portugal. The market for lubricants and additives is strong with the notable trend of repair over replace and products over parts. But any dedicated JLM presence in Portugal had to be headed up by the right person, which we now have in Manuel,” said Groot. “He brings many years of experience in lubricants and additives having worked with other topflight automotive brands. Manuel understands our products and crucially how they are positioned with technicians, resellers, and motorists.”

Groot also announced that Darling will present his DPF knowledge and diagnostics expertise at a series of seminars over the three days, supported by Pena.

“What is so exciting about exhibiting is the opportunity to talk to technicians and resellers about JLM Lubricants and to highlight the JLM products that are already in demand in Portugal and many more,” Pena said. “When technicians use JLM products every day in the workshop and resellers recommend them, it’s a win for everyone, including the motorist.”
