Jasper Engines & Transmissions has signed on as a "Silver" sponsor of the Car Car Council's Women’s Board activities for 2004. The Car Care Council Women’s Board recently expanded its sponsorship program in order to support all of the Women’s Board activities for the year.

BETHESDA, MD — Jasper Engines & Transmissions has signed on as a “Silver” sponsor of the Car Car Council’s Women’s Board activities for 2004.

Founded in 1942, Jasper Engines & Transmissions is the nation’s largest mass remanufacturer of drive train components, including gas engines, transmissions, diesel engines, differentials and rear axle assemblies and stern drives. The product mix also includes performance engines and transmissions, marine engines, alternate fuel engines and electric motors.

The Car Care Council Women’s Board recently expanded its sponsorship program in order to support all of the Women’s Board activities for the year. Activities include industry outreach, consumer education and recruiting women to the industry, as well as serving as an advisory board to the “Be Car Care Aware” campaign.
