ITW Evercoat Introduces EverGold to Metalworks Product Line

According to ITW Evercoat, EverGold is designed to increase productivity, decrease material costs and provide premium results.

CINCINNATI, Ohio – ITW Evercoat has introduced the latest addition to its Metalworks product line – EverGold lightweight filler.

According to ITW Evercoat, EverGold is designed to increase productivity, decrease material costs and provide premium results. EverGold spreads and levels to a smooth finish, reducing sanding time to remove heavy texture. It easily sands with 80 grit sandpaper, eliminating the need for coarse grits that can cause sand scratch swelling, the company says.

EverGold contains ZNX-7, which the company says quickly provides superior adhesion to galvanized steel and aluminum, eliminating the risk of pulling back the featheredge.

EverGold can be used in the Evercoat Metal Refinishing SOP.

“Evercoat works with body shops across the country to develop SOPs that will help reduce cycle time and improve efficiency whenever using our products. Shop owners and techs can learn more about our Metal Refinishing SOP online on YouTube," said Beth Skove, director of global marketing at ITW Evercoat.
