When we asked what it takes to drive change as a female leader in the automotive aftermarket today, these are a few of the themes we heard in our conversations with the 2023 class of AMN/Counterman’s Women at the Wheel.

It’s not about years of service to the industry, though some of this year’s honorees have decades under their belts. It’s not about academic degrees. Some of our honorees have several, some have none at all, and yet they are still in top leadership positions at their companies.
