ISN Names New Vice President of People & Culture

Tricia Sportsman comes to ISN with a broad range of strategic people experiences.

Integrated Supply Network (ISN), an international distributor of automotive tools, garage equipment and supplies, has announced a new Vice President of People and Culture, Tricia Sportsman.

Sportsman comes to ISN with a broad range of strategic people experiences including employee engagement, talent growth, diversity and culture-based knowledge from recent time spent at Fortune 150 global organizations including Jabil, contract manufacturer, based in St. Petersburg, Florida, and nearly 10 years with the McDonald’s Corp. During her tenure with McDonald’s, she held multiple roles in HR and worked across the U.S., supporting home office, the East Division, and multiple regional roles in Florida, Atlanta, Chicago and Midwest regions.

Sportsman’s role in the organization will enable an evolution of Human Resources to a strategic organizational function focused on people and culture to drive effectiveness and growth. She will be instrumental in working with the leadership team and across all functions to make significant shifts in developing and growing talent, while collaboratively executing upon a people strategy designed to position ISN as a premier mid-sized organization in Central Florida.

Sportsman’s passion for working with her business partners to improve the work everyone does will have a great impact on career growth and strategies for ISN team members. “Our team is doing amazing work bringing new digital transformation innovation to the market,” said Tim Kolbus, CEO, “and through Sportsman’s guidance I’m confident we’ll be able to improve how our teams manage these strategic projects from inception to implementation.”

Sportsman was born and raised in the Chicago suburbs and graduated from Western Illinois University with a Master of Arts in Organizational Communication. She serves on the Advisory Board for Ronald McDonald House Charities of Tampa and is a volunteer mentor with Take Stock in Children of Hillsborough Education Foundation.

“In my short time with ISN I am so impressed by the people. Despite the pandemic, ISN is growing and the culture has proven to be a driving force behind that. We have a strong foundation of people and envision building upon that to level up the entire employee experience at ISN from our corporate office to our distribution sites,” said Sportsman.
