Industry Standards for Aftermarket Data Program Set for Nov. 15-16

Northwood University's University of the Aftermarket, in conjunction with its association sponsors and the AAIA Electronic Commerce Committee, will present "Industry Standards for Aftermarket Data" on Nov. 15-16. The program will give participants the training necessary to successfully implement AAIA's new enhanced e-CAT Standard (ACES) and Product Information Exchange Standard (PIES). R.L. DETROIT — Northwood University’s University of the Aftermarket, in conjunction with its association sponsors and the AAIA Electronic Commerce Committee, will present “Industry Standards for Aftermarket Data” on Nov. 15-16.

The program will give participants the training necessary to successfully implement AAIA’s new enhanced e-CAT Standard (ACES) and Product Information Exchange Standard (PIES). R.L. Polk & Co. will host the seminar at their site in Detroit, Mich. The lead instructor of the two-day program is Scott Luckett, AAIA vice president, technology standards and solutions. Other instructors include: Edward Heon, founder and chief technology officer, Profile Systems; and Doug Winsby, president, Winsby Group LLC.

By attending the full seminar, participants will earn 1.4 CEUs for Automotive Aftermarket Professionals (AAP)/Master AAP (MAAP) designations. The seminar fee is $495 per person for both days and $275 per person for each individual day. The early registration deadline is Oct. 18.
