icarz has announced general availability of the latest version of its flagship product, PartsWatch. PartsWatch is a comprehensive store management system with built-in Internet connectivity. The new release includes additional cataloging, pricing and reporting feature enhancements as well as an improved GUI.

NEWTON, N.J. — icarz has announced general availability of the latest version of its flagship product, PartsWatch.

PartsWatch is a comprehensive store management system with built-in Internet connectivity. PartsWatch users get instant on-demand access to real-time information from manufacturers and trading partners. In addition to its comprehensive in-store functionality, PartsWatch enables users to offer their customers integrated e-Commerce and e-Office capabilities, such as on-line account management.

The new release includes additional cataloging, pricing and reporting feature enhancements as well as an improved GUI. The cataloging feature is more robust and supports additional third party database integration including labor rates and customer look-up. Counter personnel can utilize pricing enhancements including automatic pricing based on customer information, automatic velocity pricing and automatic price rounding. In addition, the product’s pricing feature has expanded to support state, county and city/local taxes as assigned, as well as disposal and other fees. The reporting feature now offers a new inventory redistribution report based on customer input.
