Global Business Professor’s latest Audio Interview, “I-9 Audits: Is Your Company Prepared?” features Christina Apfel, an immigration attorney with MSI Global Talent Solutions.

In the 15-minute audio interview, Apfel discusses and answers these questions:

  • What occurs after an employer receives a Notice of Inspection from ICE?
  • What are some key pointers companies should remember when served with a Notice of Inspection from ICE?

As a contract immigration attorney for MSI, Apfel is responsible for all immigration matters within the United States. She provides advice and representation on immigration, citizenship and business immigration issues. Apfel brings 10 years of experience to this role. She has extensive experience working for both small and large law firms focusing on immigration and other types of federal law.

Apfel holds a Juris Doctorate degree from Western Michigan University Law School and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Quinnipiac University. She is an active member of the State Bar of Connecticut, a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) and a member of the AILA New England Chapter.
