Hunter Engineering Co. Named a Top Supplier by Sears Holdings

Sears Holdings granted the awards to an elite group of supplier companies that have been helping support the transformation of Sears Holdings through innovation around customers, core retail excellence and financial and operational discipline. Of the more than 30,000 suppliers that work with Sears Holdings, less than one half of a percent have the privilege of receiving these awards.

BRIDGETON, Mo. – Hunter Engineering Co. has been recognized as a 2011 Partner in Transformation and has received the prestigious CEO Award for Innovation from Sears Holdings Corp. Hunter Engineering received the awards for making a significant contribution to the growth of Sears Auto Center business by providing new technologies to better serve Sears customers.
 
Hunter Engineering is a global leader in alignment systems, wheel and tire service, brake service and inspection equipment. Hunter products are approved and used by vehicle manufacturers, automobile and truck dealers, tire dealers and service facilities around the world to maximize shop productivity and optimize vehicle performance.

Recipients are selected from nominations submitted by Sears Holdings’ associates who purchased goods and services from suppliers in 2011.
