Hot Shot’s Secret Supports Make-A-Wish Mother’s Day Truck Convoy

Hot Shot’s Supports Make-A-Wish Mother’s Day Truck Convoy

Hot Shot’s Secret is pledging $5,000 in matching funds to support this cause.

Hot Shot’s Secret announces their support for the Make-A-Wish chapter that serves Philadelphia, Delaware, and Susquehanna Valley. Make-A-Wish grants life-changing wishes for children with critical illnesses.  The Mother’s Day Truck Convoy financially supports 75% of wishes granted in communities located in the Susquehanna Valley. This year the goal is to raise $700,000 through the fundraising efforts of individuals and teams through the Mother’s Day Truck Convoy and Carnival that takes place on the grounds of the Manheim Pennsylvania Auto Auction held on May 14, 2023. In addition to being a community celebration that draws thousands of families and community members to the event with games, entertainment, food trucks, and more, independent drivers and trucking companies raise the much-needed funds to help reach the goals set by this chapter with their Mother’s Day convoy. Last year close to 500 drivers and companies participated and Hot Shot’s Secret came in second in the amount of money raised.

This year Hot Shot’s Secret is once again pledging $5,000 in matching funds to support this worthy cause. Anyone interested in donating funds for the Hot Shot’s Secret driver and fundraising team, should visit here to donate.

“We enthusiastically support this great cause and as of today, our team is in the lead for fundraising,” said Josh Steinmetz, Hot Shot’s Secret brand manager. “We hope that even if you cannot participate in the event, you may be inclined to add funds to help make sure these children have a truly meaningful and memorable experience.”

Hot Shot’s Secret director of branding & promotions, Kyle Fischer, added, “We are so excited to continue our partnership with the Make-A-Wish Mother’s Day Truck Convoy. It’s a wonderful event for a great cause and we really appreciate all of our friends in the trucking industry that have joined the Hot Shot’s Secret team for this effort. Last year, our team was one of the top fundraising teams and we hope to raise even more money this year.”
