RICHARDSON, TX — Hirsig-Frazier Co, is celebrating its 75th year in business as a manufacturer’s representative agency.
Founded in 1932 by Walter Frazier and Al Hirsig, the business was originally set up in St. Louis, MO, but moved to Dallas, TX, two years later. The offices are now located in Richardson, TX, and have been in this location since 1983.
What began as a two-man agency has grown considerably over the past 75 years. Hirsig-Frazier now employees 30 people, and covers 11 states in the South and Midwest. The company represents automotive manufacturers in markets including automotive, retail, heavy duty, engine rebuilders, accessory, industrial, hardware, military, farm and specialty accounts.
Currently, Hirsig-Frazier Co. has three principals, Wally Lyssy, president; Stephen Grace, vice president – Heavy Duty; and M.J. Beckelman, vice president – Retail.
