High Bar Brands Joins The OptiCat Network

With this new addition, there are more than 930 supplier brands in OptiCat’s secure data repository for use by supplier-approved data receiver channel partners.

OptiCat, a leading supplier of cataloging data services for the automotive and heavy-duty aftermarkets, announces that High Bar Brands, parent company of the solution-based brands – Minimizer and Premier Manufacturing, has joined the OptiCat Network.

As the heavy-duty aftermarket community continues to embrace data standards, more and more heavy-duty truck parts data receivers (distributors and other data users) are requesting high-quality digital product data and images that conform to the Auto Care PIES (Product Information Exchange Standard) data standards. The OptiCat Network provides a cloud-based, secure, supplier-controlled distribution mechanism that includes data validation and secure distribution of proprietary data to specifically chosen channel partners within the supply chain. This capability and others provided by the OptiCat Network is focused on helping all heavy-duty suppliers and their channel partners be more efficient and successful in selling more parts.

Steve Hansen, director of Marketing at High Bar Brands, stated, “It’s important that we knock down barriers and make it as easy as possible for our distributors to do business with us. OptiCat is a great catalyst for sharing data which ultimately makes it easier for our customers to do business with us. I’m confident that if it’s easier to do business with us, we’ll sell more – making this a win-win for us and our distributors.”

“We’re excited to welcome High Bar Brands into the OptiCat Network,” said Don McEntee, OptiCat director of Sales & Marketing. “They have great digital content and we are looking forward to helping them sell more parts by easily sharing their data with their customers.

With this new addition, there are more than 930 Supplier brands in OptiCat’s secure data repository for use by supplier-approved Data Receiver channel partners.
