Hi-Tech Engine Components has been selected as a program vendor to AAM/Parts Pro by a unanimous vote of its members. According to Tim Odom, president of AAM/Parts Pro, having access to Hi-Tech's arsenal of engine kits for more than 15,000 applications was just one of many reasons for the decision.

JOHNSON CITY, TN — Hi-Tech Engine Components has been selected as a program vendor to AAM/Parts Pro by a unanimous vote of its members.

According to Tim Odom, president of AAM/Parts Pro, having access to Hi-Tech’s arsenal of engine kits for more than 15,000 applications was just one of many reasons for the decision.

“Through this selection, members will also have the ability to sell Hi-Tech’s individual engine components, like oil pumps, timing sets and lifters, and Hi- Tech’s patented high performance products, like Swirl/Quench pistons and Torklink intake manifolds.”

Odom added that by utilizing Hi-Tech’s low cost nationwide delivery system, products that are not stocked will be available by 10:30 am on the next business day.

Founded in 1988, Automotive Accessories Marketing (AAM) was originally created by a group of six independent high performance distributors. The group now includes eleven member companies operating fifteen distribution centers throughout the U.S. and Canada. Combined retail sales for the group exceeded $130 million in 2003.

Under the trade name Parts Pro Performance Centers, the alliance services thousands of independent, franchised and company owned Jobber/Retailers.

Hi-Tech Engine Components, headquartered in Salt Lake City, Utah, offers engine components, engine kits and Blueprint Series crankshafts for a wide range of applications, including import and domestic cars, trucks, boats, light-duty diesels, heavy-duty diesels, tractors, construction equipment, agricultural equipment and racing/high performance vehicles.
