HANSUN, a Taiwan-based manufacturer of window regulators, announced that it has earned ISO/TS16949 accreditation.

In receiving the certification, HANSUN said it “takes pride in providing top-quality aftermarket window regulators for passenger and commercial vehicle applications in America, Europe and Asia markets.”

ISO/TS 16949 is a technical specification intended for the development of a quality management system that delivers continual improvement, emphasizing defect prevention and the saving of variation and waste in the automotive industry supply chain. The accreditation was prepared by the  International Automotive Task Force (IATF) and the “Technical Committee” of ISO. The certification complements the country-specific regulations of quality management systems.
