ATLANTA — The board of directors of Genuine Parts Co. (GPC) has approved two corporate officer changes.

Frank Howard has been elected to the position of senior vice president and treasurer of GPC. Howard has 26 years of service with the company and was previously vice president and treasurer of the company.

Carol Yancey was elected to the position of vice president – finance and corporate secretary. Yancey has 13 years of service with the company and was previously vice president and corporate secretary.

GPC’s board has also declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of 30 cents per share on the company’s common stock. The dividend is payable July 1, to shareholders of record June 11.
