Neapco has announced the introduction of genuine Neapco OE Series CV axle assemblies, driveshafts assemblies and components for Polaris ATV/UTV applications. Neapco says it designs, engineers and manufactures OE Series CV axle assemblies and driveshafts to strict OE specifications to ensure consistent quality and performance in every part.
The Neapco OE Series CV axle assemblies and driveshafts fit a wide range of late-model Polaris Ranger, Sportsman, Hawkeye, ACE, RZR, MRZR and General models. An application brochure with full coverage information is available for download here.

The Neapco OE Series CV axle assemblies feature splines made from forged, high-quality carbon steel. Both the splines and threads are precision-rolled, and a proprietary heat treat process provides optimal strength, durability and life. The powder-coated shafts are manufactured from 4140 Chromoly Steel that has been induction case-hardened for optimal strength. The thermoplastic elastomer boot provides exceptional life and enables maximized operating range, while the genuine Oetiker premium stainless-steel clamps maintain critical sealing and positioning. Each unit comes with ultra-premium Chemtool CVJM Molybdenum Disulfide grease for durability and wear resistance.
Neapco OE Series driveshafts are Autophoretic-coated to provide superior corrosion resistance and are tested and validated to ensure strength and reliability. Yokes are made from hot-forged, high carbon steel for optimal strength and durability, then CNC machined to exact OE specifications. The specialized alloy, DOM tubing provides improved strength ratio, better balance, consistent wall thickness, increased durability and longer life, the company says. The lubed-for-life U-joint has a glass reinforced nylon thrust washer for reduced noise and vibration, and a triple-lip seal designed to provide premium protection from the elements, said the company. Neapco also offers individual repair parts for their driveshafts.
