Gary Roos Appointed To Director Of Professional Tech Relations At Power Stop

The primary responsibilities of this newly created position are to improve the communications between the professional tech and the Power Stop engineering team.

BEDFORD PARK, Ill. – Performance braking systems supplier Power Stop LLC has appointed Gary Roos to the newly created position of director of professional tech relations.
 
The primary responsibilities of this newly created position are to improve the communications between the professional tech and the Power Stop engineering team. Consistent with the Power Stop mission of "Building Customers for Life," the position will increase direct communication with the professional technician, allowing the Power Stop engineering team to be more responsive to customers’ needs, the company said.  
 
Under Roos’ leadership, Power Stop says it intends to introduce new products and programs to enhance its relationship with its tech customers by providing value-added training, real-time product information and marketing support to drive new business to its valued installer network.
 
Power Stop CEO Arvin Scott commented that, "Power Stop is committed to this effort, and Gary Roos is the perfect person to make it happen. Gary brings over 30 years experience and a vast amount of knowledge of all facets of the brake business."
