SMYRNA, TN — Gail Holt has been promoted to the position of manager of customer services at Beck/Arnley. In this new role, she will be responsible for customer service, product assurance and credit services.
Holt started her career at Pacer Industries in Missouri in 1981. She then relocated with the company to Pensacola, Fla., before moving to Nashville, Tenn. Her previous titles have included customer service representative, customer service supervisor, lawson support and customer service manager.
