Fuse5 Automotive Software (FAS), a U.S.-based provider of business management solutions for the automotive aftermarket, has hired Andrew Rosen as the company’s new director of strategic growth and development.
Aligning the growth, development, branding and automotive strategy will be Rosen’s main objectives. As a third-generation of the automotive aftermarket parts industry, Rosen brings with him a great deal of experience to the FAS team.
According to Rosen, “I grew up spending time in the parts store with my Dad on the weekends and in the summers. As I got older, I worked in pretty much every role from changing the trash, dispatch, stocking the shelves, to receiving, accounting and then, after obtaining my bachelor’s degree, I took an official full-time position with Parts Authority. I started my first week in the IT department, and within two weeks became a district floating manager. Eventually, I took responsibility as the manager of the Atlanta DC & inventory operations for three years.”
Rosen’s creative background and technological skills pulled him away from operations and he took a position with Smyth Automotive out of Cincinnati, Ohio, a 24-store family owned WD as the director of marketing, where he spent two years helping the company grow and establishing a 21st-century marketing approach.
Fuse5 Automotive Software COO John Bunting said, “Between his automotive, operations, marketing and technological knowledge, Rosen has increased our bench strength. We are excited to have a fresh, motivated and extremely talented individual on our team. We believe that Andrew will have a lot to offer the company as well as our customers, and we are looking forward to new opportunities to come.”
According to FAS, the decade-old business has been growing over the past few years to cover customers in 45 states, 10 countries, and four continents.
