FleetPride Announces Two Executive Promotions

FleetPride, Inc., one of the nation's largest aftermarket distributors of heavy-duty truck parts, has promoted Timothy Gadus to the position of vice president and chief accounting officer. Gadus joined FleetPride in 1998, holding the positions of director of finance and director of corporate development before serving in his current position as the corporate controller and assistant corporate secretary.

THE WOODLANDS, Texas — FleetPride, Inc., one of the nation’s largest aftermarket distributors of heavy-duty truck parts, has promoted Timothy Gadus to the position of vice president and chief accounting officer.

Gadus joined FleetPride in 1998, holding the positions of director of finance and director of corporate development before serving in his current position as the corporate controller and assistant corporate secretary. Prior to working at FleetPride, Gadus worked at Tenneco as the manager of finance overseeing five different business units in the packaging industry. In addition, he has more six years of experience in the heavy-duty industry.

In his new role, Gadus will assume responsibility for the internal audit function, risk management and all treasury functions along with his current accounting and tax duties as the corporate controller.

FleetPride also announced the appointment of Todd Dunn, currently vice president and CFO, to the newly created position of senior vice president, CFO and chief administration officer. Dunn joined FleetPride in October 2003 and served the prior four years as CFO of Tartan Textile Services, Inc., another Aurora Capital Group affiliate. Prior to joining Tartan, Dunn was CFO of QDSP, Inc., one of the companies that merged to form FleetPride. Dunn has more than ten years experience in parts distribution to the heavy-duty aftermarket, serving in various financial and operational roles with the SLM Group, one of the predecessor companies to QDSP.

Gadus will report to Dunn.
