Federated Members Honored for Excellence

Three members were recently honored for their exceptional commitment to the success of key Federated programs. 

Three Federated Auto Parts members were recently honored with top awards for their exceptional commitment to the success of key Federated programs. 

City Auto Supply of South San Francisco, California, was honored as the Federated Co-Man Member of the Year. This top award is presented to a member that has shown outstanding support of the member-owned Co-Man warehouse operation and its programs. 

CANUSA of London, Ontario, was recognized with the Federated Marketing Excellence Award. This annual award is presented to the Federated member that has demonstrated consistent excellence in their marketing activities and provides support for other members where possible. 

Berrodin Parts Warehouse in New Castle, Delaware, was presented with the Federated National Accounts Award. This prestigious award recognizes a Federated member for excellence in serving national account customers. 

“We are proud to recognize City Auto Supply, CANUSA and Berrodin Parts Warehouse for their stand-out support of key Federated initiatives,” said Sue Godschalk, president of Federated Auto Parts. “Our members are very committed to the Federated programs, and we thank the entire Federated membership for their continued dedication to these programs.”

The Federated Co-Man Member of the Year, Marketing Excellence and National Accounts awards were announced during the recent Automotive Parts Services Group (The Group) national conference and expo held last month in Grapevine, Texas.

Federated Auto Parts Distributors announced it is entering into a collaboration with the Association of Independent Oil Distributors (AIOD) – one it said will focus on mutual benefits for the respective members.

“Federated is constantly looking at ways to improve value for all constituents and this agreement provides that,” said Sue Godschalk, president of Federated. “This collaboration provides added volume and opportunities for our suppliers, new partners for our members, and added supply points and products for shop customers. We have enjoyed working closely with several AIOD members in the past and this agreement will expand and create further opportunities for both Federated and AIOD.”

The event will be held on March 26-28, at the Grand Hyatt San Antonio River Walk in San Antonio.
