Federal-Mogul Names Sherbin Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary

David Sherbin has been named senior vice president, general counsel and secretary for Federal-Mogul Corp. Sherbin will assume overall responsibility for the legal and compliance affairs of Federal-Mogul. Sherbin joined the company in 1997 as associate general counsel.

SOUTHFIELD, MI — David Sherbin has been named senior vice president, general counsel and secretary for Federal-Mogul Corp. Sherbin will assume overall responsibility for the legal and compliance affairs of Federal- Mogul.

Sherbin joined the company in 1997 as associate general counsel assuming the additional responsibilities of secretary in 1999. Since 2001, he has served as vice president, deputy general counsel and secretary, and was just recently appointed as corporate compliance officer. Prior to joining Federal-Mogul, Sherbin held senior legal posts with Heller Financial, Inc. and Katten Muchin & Zavis in Chicago.
