Equipment and Tool Institute Moves to New Corporate Headquarters

ROCHESTER, MI — The Equipment and Tool Institute (ETI), an association of automotive tool and equipment manufacturers and technical information providers and training organizations, has relocated its corporate office from Apex, NC, to Rochester, MI.

The new office space formalizes ETI’s place in the automotive business community. ETI said the move will allow the association to strengthen its ties to the OEM’s in the Detroit area and to continue serving its members by working together closely, sharing information and remaining committed to its key goals. In addition, ETI’s new Marketing Manager Jessie Korosec, will be located out of the headquarters.

"We have enjoyed important and positive relationships out of our North Carolina office and we’ll miss being part of a community that has been our corporate home for so long," said ETI’s Executive Director Charlie Gorman. "We felt it was time to bring our base of operations to the Detroit area. We look forward to continuing to meet the demands of the industry and our members in our new location.”

ETI said its organizational focus will continue to be on its vertical groups and their specifically channeled interests: Scan Tool Group (STG), Underhood Technology Group (UTG), Collision Repair Group (CRG), Under Car Group (UCG) and Shop Management and Information Software Group (SMG).
