Equipment and Tool Institute Appoints Three to Leadership Positions

The Equipment and Tool Institute (ETI) board of directors has appointed three members to leadership positions. Mike Cable, vice president, OEM sales, at Hickok, Inc. in Cleveland, Ohio, has accepted the position of Underhood Technology Group (UTG) chairman. The UTG deals with the diagnostics related to the vehicle’s drive-train and power driven subsystems.

RESEARCH TRIANGLE PARK, NC — The Equipment and Tool Institute (ETI) board of directors has appointed three members to leadership positions.

Mike Cable, vice president, OEM sales, at Hickok, Inc. in Cleveland, Ohio, has accepted the position of Underhood Technology Group (UTG) chairman. The UTG deals with the diagnostics related to the vehicle’s drive-train and power driven subsystems.

ETI has named Barry Harrison, sales engineer for Bright Solutions, Inc. in Troy, Mich., chairman of the Air Conditioning subcommittee. The A/C subcommittee, which is part of the Underhood Technology Group, focuses on matters related to vehicle air conditioning systems.

Tim Morgan, director of technical services and training at Car-O-Liner in Wixom, Mich., will serve as technical chairman of the Collision Repair Group (CRG). The CRG handles body/frame, welding and painting equipment, and other collision repair topics.
