Epicor Integrates With Shopmonkey’s Shop Management

Shopmonkey auto shop management software can now access the Epicor Integrated Service Estimator solution to help increase revenue, boost productivity at the service counter and repair bay to strengthen customer satisfaction.

Epicor Software Corp. today announced that users of the popular Shopmonkey auto shop management software can now access the Epicor Integrated Service Estimator (ISE) solution to help increase revenue, boost productivity at the service counter and in the repair bay and strengthen customer satisfaction and loyalty. The ISE solution, already in use at nearly 5,000 automotive service locations, is a cloud-based estimating and parts sourcing tool that dramatically reduces the time needed to identify and accurately estimate virtually any common vehicle maintenance or repair need, including tire replacement.

Shopmonkey is a cloud-based system that simplifies the complexity of running an auto repair business by consolidating everything needed to run a shop – appointment scheduling, estimates, inspections, parts ordering, customer communications, payment processing and more – in a single, user-friendly platform. Shops can now add the Epicor ISE solution to their Shopmonkey subscriptions to enjoy seamless access to an array of proven business growth tools. Epicor ISE provides all the necessary information to identify, price, and order replacement parts and enables users to generate fast, accurate estimates – all without relying on the telephone or opening another browser window.

ISE users now can also access the popular TireConnect tire estimating and sourcing tool.
